The following article was sent to me because I am a subscriber to Dr. Fuhrman’s Newsletter. It illustrates the power of the Nutritarian Lifestyle. I was on a similar track for 8 months then forgot some of the basics and fell back into bad habits because I stopped self identifying as a Nutritarian and got into Vegetarian and Vegan recipe’s which didn’t have sufficient nutrient density. It was a lesson, and now I am back on track. This is one of the reason’s I started the Nutritarian meetup. It is important to continually reinforce the message until it becomes second nature.
